Refund Policy
The return policy for products purchased on www.hautotool.com is as follows:
Return Policy:
1. Return Period and Return Address: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to an address specified by our customer service. (The address on the package is only the address of the last processing center, not the return address.)
2. Application Procedure: Customers must submit a return request via email to [email protected] and obtain approval from customer service.
3. Return Method: Customers must return the goods by mail. We do not provide a return shipping label. Customers must send the tracking number and postal receipt to customer service.
4. Unauthorized Returns: We reserve the right to reject returns or refund products returned without authorization to unspecified addresses.
5. Promotional Gifts: Promotional gifts must be returned along with the original product to the address provided by our customer service.
6. Overdue Returns: Returns made more than 30 days after receipt will not be refunded.
7. If the product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered, the customer must send clear pictures to our customer service. After verification, we will send you a new product free of charge.
Exchange:
1. Return Shipping Costs: If the customer wishes to exchange an item for personal reasons, they are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as a shipping fee of $9.99 for the new product.
2. Exchange Process: After receiving the returned goods, we will assemble new packages for redelivery.
3. Redemption Conditions: Returned goods must be in their original condition, including the original tags, and must not be worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged.
Refund:
1. Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds will be processed minus the $9.99 return shipping fee charged at the time of shipping, including products with free shipping.
2. Refund Conditions: The product must meet the return policy requirements. Underwear products will not be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons unless there are quality issues.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the goods and confirm they meet the return policy requirements, we will process refunds in the order in which returns are received. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and the refund amount will be credited back to the customer's original credit card or payment method. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
